- History of media literacy part 1 crash course media literacy #2 by Crashcourse on YouTube.
- My personal take an ideas addressed in this video is how critical the power of the internet made media literacy more important that ever.
- Media literacy boils down into literacy, the ability to read and write.
- Invention of the printing press made it cheaper to become literate in which my opinion was necessary as many couldn't become literate due to the hierarchy chain such as the roman empire or catholic church. This helped shape technology and future generations.
- Following the printing press, newspapers were being adapted into society making mass media a thing highlighting news into homes and creating more literate individuals.
- In my opinion, these all manifested media literacy being a very crucial part of learning and educating the youth.
- Without media literacy I wouldn't be able to discuss this with all of you.
-History of media literacy part 2 crash course by Crashcourse on YouTube.
- This part 2 gives ideas addresses that the invention of radio broadcast and television impacted mass media allowing more communication to spread and variables of content.
- With each new invention there's positives and negatives that shape people and technology to a certain extent. Given the ideas addressed, I agree with the statements but media literacy can be used to gain control, a power of others that can lead to controversial ideologies that we see today.
- Overall media literacy is recognised as a way to the future creating another evolution but at a cost of negatives that make our world a living nightmare.
- What will future jobs be like?

-Its without a doubt there will always be trend a automation global recession in which results in jobs being lost in the process.
-What will the future be like you ask? Upskilling and reskilling employees in the workforce to adjust to issues to create human capital.
- Human capital is our way into future jobs being like. Its the economic value of experience that workforces need to build a business.
- In the video it shows how "1 in 2 need reskilling in 2025" which demonstrates what future jobs may be like.
-The ideas addressed help me understand the usefulness of human capital and how upskilling and reskilling is necessary in the near future. It helped me create and informed decision on my thoughts of the workplace.
-CONCLUSION:
- Many of the ideas addressed all relate back to the media and how progressive it can get.
